Stripped back to the timbers under full scaffold, then new trusses, natural slate, red ridge tiles and the chimney rebuilt.

Most leaks start at chimneys, abutments, hips, valleys and gulleys. That’s where careful lead makes the difference.

Recently: 1,000 reclaimed Delabole 16×8 slates left the yard for a local roofing company.

Bespoke leadwork on a log cabin
We did all the bespoke leadwork on this North Devon log cabin, to the ground and top-floor windows and the bi-folds, with every sill made to fit the huge logs. Job signed off.
